This fingerling potato grows on medium-sized vines that can yield up to 30 tubers per hill, each with buff-colored skin, deep eyes, and off-white flesh. A productive and flavorful variety, it has a nutty, earthy flavor and firm, creamy texture, making it delicious in a wide range of dishes.

Potatoes begin shipping in March and shipping continues until we are sold out. We will prioritize orders for warmer zones to ship first and will avoid shipping to cooler zones until threat of freezing has diminished. Order early for best availability.
